If you are having problems accessing Library Search or Ara databases then try clearing your browsing data first. On a Windows computer, use the keyboard keys Ctrl, Shift and Delete to clear your browing data and Ctrl, Shift and CMD on a Mac.
If that still doesn't solve the issue then try accessing from a New InPrivate Window or New Incognito Window in your browser.
Then try to access Library Search or your database from there.
