How do I print from my own device?

Please note: mobile printing is not working at the moment [September 2026] You can however open your document on an Ara computer and click on print and check that Followme-BW ... is selected before clicking Print. Retrieve your printing from any Ara multifunction printer /copier using your Ara ID card.
When mobile printing is working again then do the following:
Click on https://printery.ara.ac.nz and follow the online prompts or click on our guide to Mobile Printing at Ara for the full instructions.
If you have problems please call ICT for free from 0800 24 24 76 and ask to be put through to the ICT Service Desk.
