If you are having problems accessing Library Search or Ara databases or other links in My Ara, then try clearing your browsing data for at least the last four weeks or longer. On a Windows computer, use the keyboard keys Ctrl, Shift and Delete to clear your browsing data and Ctrl, Shift and CMD on a Mac.
If that still doesn't solve the issue then try accessing from a New InPrivate Window or New Incognito Window in your browser.
This will force you to use your login details to access each time as this browser option does not store your data. If you have forgotten your Ara login details ring ICT (number below) with your Student ID handy and ask for your password to be reset.
Then retry to access Library Search from My Ara.
