If a midwifery student who has paid for access to Clinical Key, withdraws during a year of study after they have started that year they are entitled to a refund of any years of non-use of Clinical Key. They must contact the Portfolio Manager Phillippa Meek who will inform Student Finance of their confirmed withdrawal who will provide the student with the relevant form to fill in to receive the refund.
