It is a good idea to visit the Getting set up for study - Subject Guide which includes a link to this Getting ready for study brochure which steps you through:

logging into MyAra to access your courses, support and more
logging into Moodle the learning management system where your courses are delivered
logging into Student Portal where you find your results
connecting to wifi
finding OneDrive for 100GB of storage
getting Office365 including Word, Powerpoint, Excel on your device for free using your Ara network details.
